The Bartlett Building is a classic Beaux Arts style building at the corner of Spring and 7th street in the Jewelry Disctrict. Originally the Union Oil Building, then sold to prominent businessman and civic leader A. G. Bartlett in 1921, and most recently converted to lofts in 2002 by developer Barry Shy, All units are one-bathroom floor-plans generally ranging in size from 460 to just under 900 feet (with the exception of a few units up to 1,290 feet).
